I am amazed at the work Ron and his team at 360 Floor Cleaning Services provided. The previous company we hired did a poor job, and the floors lacked luster. They advertised an inexpensive price, and we thought we were getting a good deal and saving money, but we got what we paid for. We called 360 Floor Cleaning Services, and Ron and his team provided excellent striping and waxing services on our tile floors at a reasonable price. Our floors were bright and shiny afterward. Needless to say but the floors I needed clean were in terrible shape. I could not have been happier with the service and final product I received. Ron and his team spent more than twice as much time as predicted to give the best service possible. That is something you do not find often. Just look at the difference! Let me start by saying after I had used another company that left my floors in worse shape than they were before they began I didn’t want to trust anyone else to do our floors. However I called 360 floor cleaning services and they performed a deep clean and seal on our concrete floors in our basement. I was so impressed!!! I’ve never seen concrete floors look so good. They didn’t only restore our floors but they restored my trust that there are companies who deliver just as they promise. We do not need concrete floor work done often but several of our loft units have concrete floors. I recently ran into a situation where the group we would normally use for floor clean/deodorize/seal was not going to be available due to a heavy work load. I was under pressure to have the work completed for a new move in. Ron made scheduling the estimate and work a breeze. Ron and his team did a great job on the concrete floors in our condo. We made a last-minute decision to do the floors before we moved in and Ron was able to fit us in his schedule really quickly so we didn’t have to delay our move. They buffed off a ton of residue from some old carpet glue, cleaned the floors very thoroughly and applied a sealant to protect the concrete and make it shine. We are absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out. Highly recommend. ~ dave g

We live in a single family home in Chamblee. A contractor installed new stone tile floors and sealed the grout but not the entire floor. They were not able to come back for a week. My wife called 360 and they came out the next day and in a few hours the floor was cleaned and beautifully sealed. We were able to move furniture into the room the next day. The gentlemen are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. ~ Walter S

Long story short I am a party promoter and I do events in discreet locations. Warehouses, club houses, etc. After a little to successful party I had a week turn around for another guest. I am the general manager at a store in Smyrna and 360 came out to do my floors and they are fabulous. I would highly recommend them. I had just had tile laid and there was glue everywhere but this company stayed all night to make sure that the floors were perfect. Even calIed the next morning to make sure we were satisfied. Incredible service!!!! Our office flooded when a pipe broke in our ceiling. This happened on a Friday evening. I called Ron Friday night and he came to our office Saturday afternoon. He spent over 10 hours working to get our floors immaculate! Our floors have never looked so good! Unbelievable quality of work and great service. I would highly recommend using Ron and his company!
